Return Policy
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if a manufacturer defect is found, 1 to 1 exchange for free with the same product value, in the following conditions:
+ Product has not been used, intact packaging and labels with no signs of change or re-sticking.
+ Purchase receipt at Pham Minh Tailor
+ For goods damaged by transportation, there is a confirmation of the shipping staff about the damaged condition.
- Order of sending and returning goods
For product warranty, please follow the following procedure:
- Contact hotline or send email to inform product status.
- Bring warranty papers, purchase invoices to the Showroom directly to perform warranty.
- Products will be warranted according to the company's regulations, the warranty period depends on the warranty period of the company.
- Return shipping fee:
If you return the item and request an exchange for another product, the shipping fee for the new product will be borne by you.
- Pham Minh Tailor will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee to you in the following cases:
+ Goods are not the right type and model as you ordered.
Goods damaged during transit.
- Return goods with free gift:
For returned products that include a free gift with purchase,
You will also need to return the gift free of charge in unused, undamaged condition. If the free gift has been used, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the amount sent back to you.
